Carrot Beef Diet Meal
One of the delicious diet meals for women who love red meat is “Veal with carrot” meal. So how is this dish made?

Ingredients: # 600 gr beef flaked # 3 carrots # 1 onion # 2 tablespoons of flour # 1 bay leaf # 1 cup of water # 1 tablespoon of lemon juice # 2 tablespoons of olive oil # 2-3 sprigs of parsley # Salt
Preparation: * Clean and chop the carrots into long thin sticks. Peel and mince the onion. Clean the parsley and separate it leaf by leaf. Flour the meat and shake off the excess.
* Heat the oil in the pan. Add onion and meat and sauté.
* Add water, lemon juice and bay leaves and cook over medium heat with the lid closed until the water boils. Reduce the heat and when the meats soften a little, add the carrot and cook for another 10 minutes. Take it off the stove, add salt and mix. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
