Drinking pickle water has numerous benefits, especially for athletes. Many athletes consume pickled water to fight muscle cramps and various pain. According to scientific studies, it was found that pickled water is a better drink than water to relieve cramps. In addition, pickled water is very effective in replacing the loss of water and salt that occurs in the body due to dehydration. So, how can we use it in meals to enjoy the benefits of pickle juice?
Use it to marinate your fish and chickens
Pickled water is in a very different position than others with its slightly acidic structure and flavor that contains all its aromas. Especially cucumber pickle juice is used in the marination of fish and chicken meat. In a locked bag, if you fry the marinated chicken with pickled and pickled water, it becomes a dish you can’t get enough of sauces. You can also use this method while marinating the meat.
