Goal: 5 kilos in 10 days. Daily calories: 600 Kcal
In this diet, tea and coffee should be drunk without sugar and milk. The diet should be repeated a maximum of two times. To apply this diet for the third time, a normal diet should be applied for a week in between.

Morning: 1 piece of seasonal fruit, 1 slice of toasted bran bread, tea or coffee should be drunk. Lunch: Various seasonal fruits, tea or coffee. Dinner: A green salad, tomato, a piece of fat-free cheese, seasonal fruit, tea or coffee should be drunk.
7. DAY
Morning: 1 piece of seasonal fruit, 1 slice of toasted bran bread, tea or coffee should be drunk. Lunch: Grilled chicken, tomatoes, carrots, boiled cabbage, seasonal fruit, tea or coffee. Dinner: Green salad, boiled cabbage, seasonal fruit, tea or coffee.
